Livelihood Trust (Disclosure Statement)

Anxano Foundation Inc. (Anxano Foundation) is a tax-exempt public charity offering a trust (Livelihood Trust). All activities of Livelihood Trust and the participation of donors (referred to as “Members” or “Member”) and income beneficiaries in Livelihood Trust are subject to the requirements of state and federal law, the terms and conditions of the applicable Declaration of Trust, this Disclosure Statement, and the completed Instrument of Transfer submitted by each Member.

The Board of Directors (Board) of Anxano Foundation reserves the right to modify the program of Livelihood Trust at any time, subject to the provisions of the applicable Declaration of Trust and state and federal law. 

Any donation (referred to as “Investment”) to Livelihood Trust, once accepted, represents an irrevocable commitment. Investments cannot be rescinded or changed, and are subject to the exclusive legal control of Livelihood Trust, the Trustee, and the Board of Anxano Foundation. 

As a charitable giving vehicle, Livelihood Trust should not be treated as, and is not designed to compete with, investments made to produce private gain more than what is necessary for economic security. 

An intention to benefit members of Livelihood Trust should be a significant part of the decision to invest. 

The tax consequences of investing with Livelihood Trust will vary based on individual circumstances. Prospective members should consult their own tax advisors. 

Distributions to income beneficiaries are not guaranteed by any party, and are subject to investment risk. In considering potential changes in monthly distribution rates of Livelihood Trust, the Trustee will assess long-term earnings potential and seek to balance the interests of current and future income beneficiaries and the charitable remainder interests. 

Livelihood Trust has not been registered under federal securities laws, pursuant to available exemptions. Livelihood Trust is not guaranteed or insured by the United States or any of its agencies or instrumentalities. Investments are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and are not deposits or other obligations of, or guaranteed by, any depository institution. 

Anxano LLC is a paid corporate trustee, administrator, and investment manager of Livelihood Trust.

This site and the materials herein are directed only to persons in the United States where Livelihood Trust is authorized for operation.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
